Add Manual Code:

1. First go to Facebook share button page
2. Now choose whether you want button with counter or without
3. Then choose “URL of parent page” in Link to share option
4. It will generate a custom code, copy it from there
5. Now open single.php file of your wordpress theme (usually found in /wp-content/themes/themename/single.php)
6. Now paste that button code on your desired position, where you want in to appear.

Once the video is played completely visit “about:cache” (without quotes) in address bar, on that page under “Disk cache device” click on “List Cache Entries” now hit Ctrl+F (find) and search for “megavideo.com/files/” once you find it click on that link and it will take you to details page, on that page click again on the link and it will prompt you for download. Once download complete locate to that file and change its extension to “.flv” instead of “.part”. You can now play that video in any FLV player.

Fix “No Service” for iPhone 3G

If you have iPhone 3G then you can solve No Service issue by disabling 3G to do this:

1. Tap on “Setting” icon from home screen then goto “General”
2. Now Tap on “Network”
3. Then Slide “Enable 3G” to Off, and then restart you iPhone and hopefully you will get your Network signals back.

If this doesn’t solve the problem then try the second method below.

Fix “No Service” for iPhone 2G/iPhone 3G

1. Go to “Settings” and then tap on “General”
2. Now tap on “Reset”
3. Then choose “Reset Network Settings”
4. After that iPhone will Turn off and then will reboot automatically if not then do this manually.

As we all know that Microsoft is already working on its latest office suite version Microsoft Office 2010 but that’s not all what is cooking in Microsoft’s lab, they have also launched a web based office suite which allows you to use online functionality of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, though they have not made this Web Apps available to public so far and only those who have invitations can use it, for now.

However, today I am sharing a trick by using which you can get access to Microsoft Office Web Apps without invitation.

How to Access Microsoft Office Web App:

1. Visit Windows Live SkyDrive and login in there using your Windows Live ID or create one if you don’t have any.

2. If you are using SkyDrive Live for the first time then you will be asked to accept their “Terms of Services”.

3.  Now once you’re signed in to your SkyDrive account click on My Documents/Documents folder.

4. Now click on “Add Files” button there which will take you to an upload page, now browse any Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Excel file from your PC and upload it there.

5. After uploading completed you will see a message saying “Join our preview program to create, edit, view, and share Office documents online.”

6. Click on “Join our preview program” link and then click “Accept” button.

7. Now you will see a confirmation message thanking you for signing up for preview program.

8. You will also notice a “New” button now added at top menu.

9. So now clicking on new button will open a drop down menu from where you can choose to use/create Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote documents using Microsoft Office Web Apps.

Note: This trick may not work for all users, make sure your account language is set to English.

Run Skype from USB Flash Drive

1. Download and Install Skype on your PC and locate the folder where you installed Skype for e.g. “C:\Program Files\Skype” and copy “Skype.exe” file to your USB drive (you can also copy it into a separate folder).
2. Create a new folder on your USB drive with the name “data” (If you copied .exe file in a folder then create this folder as a subfolder)
3. Create a new file with the name “Skype Portable.bat” using Notepad and write “skype.exe /datapath:”data” /removable” (without the quotes) in it.
4. Save and Close this file.
5. Now whenever you click Skype Portable.bat file Skype will run and all your data will be saved in “data” folder.

Everyone uses Google to do pretty much all the searches they need on the web.  Google has been one of the best search engines for the last ten years.  Have you ever wondered if there were any tricks you could do with the searches you do?  Well there are plenty of different tricks out there that you can do with Google.  Below is a list of 15 search tricks you can do with Google search that will help you find information you want.

1. Google Calculator

How this works is your type an equation into the search field and it will give you the result.  Example: 2*4 – 13*7 + 1333.  After you type this in and click search or enter it will give you the result.  You can do addition (+), subtraction (-), multiplication (*), division (/), to the power of (^), and square root of a number (sqrt).

2. Dictionary Definitions

You can get the definition of a word by typing “define:” followed by the word.  Example: define: basketball.  This will get you the definition of basketball.

3. Search for a specific title
Suppose you came across a website you thought was awesome but you forgot to bookmark the site and only remembered the title of it and wanted to find it again.  Well you can search by title with Google to hopefully find that website a bit more easily.  All you need to do is type “intitle: then the title”.  By doing this you will only get results of websites with that line in the title.

4. Google Converter

This is a very useful one if you need to convert something from one unit to another unit quickly.  All you need to do is type something like “7km in miles” and it will do the conversion for you.  I also use it a lot for changing from Fahrenheit to Celsius (28F to C).

5. Compare Currencies

Google search engine has a built in currency converter so you can go from one currency to another.  This is done by simply typing something like “5 USD in CAD” and press enter and it will do the conversion for you.

6. Weather Updates

If you want to know what the weather will be like in your area you can type something like “Vancouver weather” and it will give you the conditions in that area.

7. Search for specific file types
If you want to find a certain type of file on the Internet it is normally pretty difficult to find what you are looking for but with the use of Google search you can find file types a bit more easily.  You can search for file types by doing something like “Guide to build a good website filetype:doc”.  That will look for files with that name and the file type of a word document.

8. Search on a particular website
If you want to search a particular website from Google you can do this by typing “007 DVD site:www.amazon.com”.  By typing in site: and then the website it will search that website for what you have type before “site:”.

9. Get the local time anywhere

Want to know the time in Vancouver now? You can do that by typing “what time is it Vancouver” in the search bar.  You can also do it by typing “time (location)” without the quotes.

10. Remove unwanted search results
Have you ever wanted to search for something in particular but wanted to remove some of the search results?  You can do this by type -something after the search term to remove it from the search results.  Example: Harry Potter -movie.  What that would do is remove the search results of Harry Potter that include the movie so you can find other things like news, books, etc.

11. Search for URLs
Want to search for a particular URL?  You can do so by putting a “_, . , -” in between the words instead of a space.  Example: What_are_you_talking_about.  This would search for URLs that included those words.

12. Track Flight Status
Want to track a particular flight status?  You can do that if you know the airline and flight number.  You just need to type in the airline and the flight number to get the status.  Example: British airways flight 6.  This will bring you the results of this flight from this particular airline.

13. Search Google Groups by the subject line
You can search Google groups by subject line with this little trick.  Type “insubject:then topic here” and you will get the Google groups with that subject line.

14. Find Related Sites
This trick will probably be familiar to a bunch of people but is helpful for finding related sites.  What you do is type “related:www.site.com”.  So if you wanted to find an alternative to the website your are looking at that you may have liked you can use this feature.

15. Find Links to a specific URL
This is pretty helpful for finding backlinks to your website.  If you want to find out what websites link to your website you can type “link:www.yoursite.com” and you will get all the results of the websites that link back to yours.

How to take Screenshot of Android Phone

Here is the step by step guide which will guide you through this process.

1. First Download and Install Android SDK.
2. Then go to Settings > Application > Development and Enable USB Debugging check box.
3. Plug-in your Android phone to computer using USB cable.
4. Find the SDK folder in your computer which you have recently installed. On all OS that folder should begin with “android-sdk-“

6. Double click the file titled DDMS (Dalvik Debug Monitor Service)

1.    Right click on the Kaspersky application icon in taskbar tray and select Settings.
2.    Then choose Update from the left menu bar.
3.    Now From the right side select Settings button and go to Additional tab.
4.    Check the checkbox Copy updates to folder.

Here is the step by step guide to how you can manually remove programs from the Add or Remove Programs tool.

1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type regedt32, and then click OK.

3. In Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

4. In the left pane, click the Uninstall registry key, and then click Export on the File menu.

5. In the Export Registry File dialog box that appears, click Desktop in the Save in list, type uninstall in the File name box, and then click Save.

6. Each key listed under Uninstall in the left pane of Registry Editor represents a program that is displayed in the Currently installed programs list of the Add or Remove Programs tool. To determine which program that each key represents, click the key, and then view the following values in the details pane on the right:

DisplayName: The value data for the DisplayName key is the name that is listed in Add or Remove Programs.

-and-

UninstallString: The value data for the UninstallString key is the program that is used to uninstall the program.

7. After you identify the registry key that represents the program that you removed but which is still displayed in the Currently installed programs list of Add or Remove Programs, right-click the key in the left pane of the Registry Editor window, and then click Delete. 

Click Yes in response to the “Are you sure you want to delete this key and all of its subkeys?” message.

8. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor.

9. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs. 

In the Currently installed programs list, verify that the program whose registry key you deleted is no longer listed.

10. Do one of the following:

• If the program list is not correct in Add or Remove Programs, double-click the Uninstall.reg file that you saved to your desktop in step 5 to restore the original list of programs in the registry. 

-or-

• If the program list is correct in Add or Remove Programs, right-click the Uninstall.reg file on your desktop, and then click Delete.

Note: If you are newbie and not sure how to work with registry then please do not try this, It could harm your computer in case of applying wrong instructions.
