Today I am going to share a nifty SBSettings toggle that lets you put your iPhone on silent mode without need to use the silent switcher.

Ringer/Silent Toggle allows you to change the ringer switch state right from the SBSettings toggle it can also work with SBSchedule to auto silent on predefined time.

The best part is, unlike other silent toggles, this one doesn’t modify system files. Now no matter if you have broken your silent switch or it is not functional this toggle does what all you expect from it.

I have tried it myself on iPhone 3G running iOS 4 and it works flawlessly.

Ringer/Silent Toggle is available in Cydia store for FREE via BigBoss repository.

Note: This tweak will work for only jailbroken iPhones.

    Thank you very much!! My silent button broke and the only other way I made my phone silent was airplane mode. Thanks again!
