Unlock iPhone 4 with ultrasn0w

iPhone Dev team has just released the much awaited ultrasn0w 1.0-1 which you can use to unlock iPhone 4 with 01.59.00 and iPhone 3G/3GS until the latest baseband 05.13.04.

In order to unlock your iPhone 4 to work with any carrier you should first jailbreak your iPhone and then install ultrasn0w 1.0-1 from Cydia, here is a how to guide.

How to Jailbreak and Unlock iPhone 4

1. First of all Jailbreak your iPhone 4 running iOS 4.0 or 4.0.1 (to do that first update your iPhone 4 on the stated firmware then open Safari on your iPhone and visit http://www.jailbreakme.com/ now follow on screen instruction to jailbreak your device)

2. Now that you have successfully jailbroken your iPhone 4, Open Cydia from Springboard and go to Manage -> Sources

3. Now tap on edit and then Add button now type following repository URL http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com/

4. After the source has been added tap on “Return to Cydia”.

5. Now go to Search from bottom menu, type “ultrasn0w” and press search.

6. Now tap on the ultrasn0w and choose Install from the top right menu.
