Jailbreak iPhone 3G/3GS 3.1.3 Firmware using Sn0wbreeze

Sn0wbreeze 1.3 is out now which can jailbreak latest iPhone 3.1.3 firmware on iPhone 2G, 3G and 3GS, earlier I shared guide to jailbreak 3.1.3 firmware using redsn0w however, it doesn’t all you to jailbreak iPhone 3GS and neither it can do unlock for iPhone 3G. However, sn0wbreeze 1.3 for 3.1.3 firmware can do that all.
Jailbreak iPhone 2G/3G/3GS 3.1.3 Firmware
1. First download and install iTunes 9.0.3
2. Now make a backup of your device using iTunes.
3. After that Download sn0wbreeze 1.3 and start it.
4. Now choose Simple Mode (you can choose expert mode if you’re comfortable with it)
5. Next browse the original iPhone 3.1.3 firmware for your respective device (download links provided at bottom of this post)
6. After sn0wbreeze will verify .ipsw file it will prompt you with verification complete message then click Next there.
7. Then click Yes when asked for “Do you want to activate your iPhone?”, if you want to unlock it later otherwise you can select No if you want to hooked up with official carrier.
8. Now sn0wbreeze will start creating custom firmware file.
9. Once custom .ipsw firmware is ready go back to iTunes again and choose your device from the left menu and click “Restore” while holding shift button and browse through custom firmware file which you just created using sn0wbreeze.
10. Now let iTunes do the rest of process, and after update completes your iPhone will restarts with complete jailbroken iPhone 3.1.3 firmware.
Unlock your iPhone 3G/3GS 3.1.3 Firmware
You can use ultrasn0w to unlock your iPhone with 04.26.08 baseband or blacksn0w is also an option for users with 05.11.07 baseband.
Note: iPhone 3G and 3GS new bootrooms users are requested to stay away from this firmware release.
