3g unlocked was tmobile now orange. worked fine then intermittently lost service. awful. put in a different sim that is connected. then put your old one back in. magic! dont know why

I tried both and I dont have the “no service”, but I have just 1 little bar and its pretty much no service

My iPhone 3G is factory unlocked. I restored it using your custom firmware, and now I don’t have a GSM signal. I followed your comments here, but still no luck.

Neither method worked. Would an .ipcc file be able to fix this or that has nothing to do with “activation” or the SIM registering in the phone… Sorry, just brainstorming here. Thanks.
