Today I am sharing a really nifty utility for all the designers out there which lets you convert ICO to PNG and vice versa.

AveIconifier 2 is a portable application which you can use to convert .ico icon files into .png format and .png into .ico format. As this is a stand-alone portable app so you don’t have to install it on your PC and you can carry it in your USB drive as well.

Converting process is extremely easy just drag ico/png which ever you want to convert and drop it in software window and it will automatically create converted version into its temporary folder.
