Apple has released a minor 2.2.1 software update for iPhone and iPod Touch which is available now on iTunes.

This minor firmware update has some bug fixes, stability improvement with Safari browser and also a fix in which “some images saved from Mail do not display correctly in the Camera Roll.”

To get this update, download your specific download link, then connect your iPhone or iPod Touch to iTunes and press the “Update” button while holding the Shift key (in Windows) or Option key (for Mac) and browse to select the downloaded firmware.
