MacBook Pro Goes 17-inch Wide

Apple’s MacWorld 2009 has been started today which will be going on till 9 January 2009. Though on the first day some of Apple’s new releases were unveiled but the most important was MacBook Pro 17” which has claimed to be the Worlds thinnest and lightest notebook.
Some of the other features of MacBook Pro 17-inch are its 1920×1200 LED backlit display, with 700:1 contrast ratio and better color gamut. Now about technical specification it has Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz processor and 4GB DDR memory with dual graphic card support. It has 320 GB hard disk drive and SuperDrive aswell. As for battery part it gives backup of 7 hours with discrete graphics, 8 hours with integrated graphic while, it doesn’t support battery replacement.

This 17” MacBook Pro has a price tag of $2799 and will be available on Apple Store by the end of this month.
