How To See Google Pagerank And Alexa Rank In Google Chrome

Most of us are in addiction to check the Google Pagerank or Alexa Rank of every site we visit, it is easy if we are using Internet Explorer or Firefox by installing Google or Alexa toolbar, but unfortunately, Google Chrome doesn’t support these toolbar or any other such kind of features. So, here is a bookmarklet JavaScript function for all the Chrome users who would like to see Google Pagerank and Alexa rank.
How to See Google Pagerank / Alexa Rank:
- Open Google Chrome browser and make sure “Always show bookmarks bar” option is enable, if no, then go to Tools and enable it or press Ctrl+B to enable it.
- Right click on the bookmarks bar and choose Add Page.
- In the Name field add “Check Pagerank” and in the URL field add the following code.
javascript:void(window.open("http://www.chromefans.org/pr/?u="+escape(location.href), "PageRank%20Status%20-%20ChromeFans","width=405,height=120,top=0,left=0,location=0")) - Click Ok
- Now open any site, you want to check Pagerank of which, and click “Check Pagerank” in the bookmark bar and it will popup the Google Pagerank and Alexa rank details.
Now no more Google / Alexa toolbar missing!
