According to WordPress team the final release of WordPress 2.7 is anticipated by end of November. Although, replacing its previous relase date, 10 November with WordPress 2.7 Release Candidate.
I am outrageously looking forward for the final release of WordPress 2.7 and I am sure you too will be, but for now give this beta release a test drive.
